These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://imeifz.com and the related API (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by IMEI L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under formation / license number 2539603, with its address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, adding funds or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service lets you look up information about mobile devices by IMEI or serial number, such as model, carrier and SIM-lock status, blacklist status, warranty and activation details. Each check is a digital service delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
Results are compiled from third-party data sources, including manufacturer, carrier and industry databases. We pass on that information as it is received and cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Results are provided for information only. The Service is not an official service of any manufacturer or carrier. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe, Mollie and PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card details. Card payments appear on your statement as IMEI L.L.C-FZ. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Results are shown on screen as soon as the check is completed and are saved in the Orders section of your account, where you can view them again later. Through the API, results are returned in the response.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
API access uses a personal key that you can regenerate in your account settings. You may restrict the key to a list of IP addresses. API checks are charged at the same prices and under the same rules as checks made on the website.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Individual services depend on third-party sources and may be paused, changed or withdrawn. We may update the Service and these Terms; the version published on this page applies from its “Last updated” date.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on a result (for example buying or selling a device). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, we will refund any unused balance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.

This policy explains how IMEI L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, license no. 2539603, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) collects and uses personal data when you use https://imeifz.com and its API. We are the controller of this data.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Your browser’s local storage remembers display preferences such as theme and recently used services. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and icons are loaded from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them. If you have a Gravatar profile picture, it is loaded from Gravatar (gravatar.com) using an encoded form of your e-mail address.
We keep account and order data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Security logs are kept for a limited period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected] from your account e-mail. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your API key private.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date.
This policy applies to all payments made to IMEI L.L.C-FZ for the Service at https://imeifz.com.
You are charged only when a check returns a result. If a check fails, the IMEI or serial is invalid, or the service is offline, nothing is deducted from your balance.
Each check is a digital service delivered immediately, so completed checks are not refundable. We will credit your balance if:

You can request a refund of unused balance within 30 days of the top-up. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Balance that has already been used for checks cannot be refunded.
E-mail [email protected] from the address registered on your account, with the payment date and amount, and the order numbers if relevant. We reply within 2 business days.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; most issues are solved quickly. While a chargeback is open, the related account may be suspended.
